Marketing Manager (m/f/d) – Fixed-Term (Maternity Leave Cover)

Milexia Germany is a European value-added distributor of high-tech components and systems in the fields of RF and microwave, timing, SATCOM, HMI, connectivity and fiber optics, GNSS and power. With around 300 employees, the Milexia Group serves customers and partners at locations in France, Germany, Italy, Spain, the Nordics, the United Kingdom, Hong Kong, India and Singapore.

For our location in Heilbronn, we are looking from July for a Marketing Manager (m/f/d) on a fixed-term contract of 2 years (maternity leave cover) to strengthen our Sales & Marketing team.

Your Responsibilities

  • Planning and implementation of external and internal communication as well as marketing activities to promote the Milexia brand
  • Strategic, thematic and budgetary planning, coordination and creation of marketing and communication measures and content (digital and traditional)
  • Coordination of the German marketing plan in close collaboration with the Managing Director of Milexia Germany
  • Supporting compliance with and further development of global brand guidelines
  • Management and coordination of Milexia Germany’s social media channels (LinkedIn and other ad-hoc activities)
  • Maintenance, further development and SEO optimization of the corporate website using WordPress
  • Organization and execution of marketing and lead generation activities to support the German sales team
  • Planning, creation and implementation of email marketing campaigns, including lead generation and distribution
  • Coordination of articles and advertisements for publication (digital and print) in collaboration with local teams
  • Planning, organization and execution of trade fairs, workshops, Tech Days and other marketing events
  • Support in the planning and execution of internal communication formats (e.g. virtual meetings, group events)
  • Performance monitoring and reporting of various marketing channels and activities
  • Support of integration plans for new acquisitions (rebranding, website integration, communication)
  • Close collaboration with internal stakeholders and coordination of suppliers and agencies

    Your profile

    • Several years of experience in marketing, preferably within mid-sized companies
    • Strong understanding of marketing and business principles, including corporate identity and branding
    • Experience with social media management and content creation
    • Skills in image and video editing (e.g. Adobe Creative Cloud, Canva)
    • Solid SEO knowledge and experience
    • Knowledge of design and print management techniques
    • Excellent proofreading skills with a strong eye for design and detail
    • Fluent German and very good English language skills (written and spoken)
    • Strong IT skills, including Microsoft Office, MS BC 365 and Microsoft Dynamics, WordPress
    • Motivated, well-organized and confident personality
    • Hands-on mentality and strong team player
    • Excellent organizational, planning and structuring skills, with the ability to manage competing priorities from different stakeholders
    • Confident and articulate communicator with excellent verbal and written communication skills
    • Good general knowledge
    • Flexibility and willingness to undertake occasional business travel, including overnight stays
    • Strong understanding of and commitment to excellent customer service and high customer satisfaction
    • Ability to build and maintain strong working relationships both internally and externally
    • Professional appearance and attitude
