Saint Aubin, April 7th, 2026 – Milexia, a leading European distributor of high-reliability electronic components and advanced technology solutions, today announced the completion of an agreement to acquire the Timing and Synchronisation Division of Datatronics, a Spain-based specialist in GPS, timing and frequency solutions for telecommunications and other sectors.

This strategic acquisition strengthens Milexia’s position in the Iberian market and underscores its commitment to delivering innovative, high-quality solutions across Europe.

The acquisition aligns with Milexia’s strategy to expand its expertise in time and frequency technologies, while enhancing its service offerings in the telecommunications and industrial sectors. Datatronics, a leading systems integrator with a 30-year track record of delivering cutting-edge solutions in Europe and the Americas, brings deep technical knowledge and a strong customer base in timing and frequency solutions to the Milexia Group. Their combined capabilities will enable Milexia to provide even greater support to customers, through its international infrastructure and specialised GNSS and timing teams, operating worldwide.
